"I just used eggs and gluten-free flour and parmasam cheese . The reason I did not use the Bisquick is because there is too many carb.My grandaughter has type 1 diabetices and she also has to eat gluten-free. They were good this way. Thank you. "

"I tried these cookies. I made 1 dozen and left them cool, then I got my husband to try them (my cookie monster). Well they were on the hard side so I added some applesauce (don't exactly know how much) but it was probbly 1/3 cup or alittle more. I then make these up and they came out softer and the cookie monster loved these. Good luck "

"I made this for a birtyday party for me because I can't eat the birthday cake. Well when I make gluten free food my family will try it. Well my grandson loved it and so did my daughter-inlaw,but the rest said it was way to sweet and I agree. If I make it again I will omit the choc-chips and maybe put in glutten free pudding and omit the marshallows and put on to fat free cool whip."
