"These cookies were delicious! I didnt thing about adding some green food color, but the color was ok to me. My husband and grandson enjoyed shelling (and eating) the pistachios, and after they were done baking, a quick drizzle of white chocolate gave them that extra festive flair I wanted. My pistachio loving friends ate them up! For people living in humid climates, sometimes the cookies might spread too much, try baking one cookie to see if any extra flour might be needed, this tip has saved me lots of trouble of spooning out onto cookie sheets, or my fav, parchment paper, and having to go back and add something to the dough to firm up."
