"Flavor was good, but it was waaaay too moist in the center. I followed instructions, it was just too wet. I think I'd rather make an actual pumpkin pie or pumpkin muffins."

"Amazing! I used marshmallow fluff for the cream center and dark chocolate cake mix instead of devils food....it was incredible!!!"

"Delish! Very easty to prepare. Marinade chicken with a few tbsp of cider vinegar too. We added a little crumbled feta and craisins for more flavor."

"We LOVED this recipe! I know it sounds strange at first, but it was wonderful. I couldn't find regular barley, so we used 1/2 cup brown rice instead and it worked out great. We also brushed more BBQ sauce on the chops at the end. This will be a staple in our house for sure!"

"So simple, yet so delicious! Make sure to marinade the chicken breasts for a couple of hours to really get the flavor kicked up. I also baked at 350 for 10-15 minutes before broiling, my chicken breasts are so thick that I don't think they would have properly cooked otherwise."

"This was awesome! I altered it a bit by pan-frying pieces of chicken breast with cayenne powder and chili powder. I also used fresh sauteed green pepper and onion. Mixing in about 1/4 cup of salsa into the bean mixture really makes spreading easier in the layers too. This has become a favorite request in my household."
