"This turned out great! Seasoned to taste with garlic salt, seasoned salt and SHARP cheddar cheese. And instead of just beef, I mixed half ground beed and half ground pork. I topped with cooked bacon bits before placing into the oven. They came out so nice! They were served with ketchup and mustard. My husband loved it and told me this recipe was a keeper!"

"Just made these! This is the first time that I am satisfied with a frosted cookie! I enjoyed baking these. The cookies themselves are plain. The frosting gives them just the right amount of sweetness. I added double the cinnamon as done from a previous review along with 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg. I am also going to add 1/2 teaspoon of ginger next time."

"I'm still new to baking and this was wonderful!!! You will need much patience in making this -as there is alot of cooling time required. The top chocolate silk part was still too soft and runny when I served it. I may have to chill it for longer next time (more than an hour) and/or use more semisweet chocolate chips. It had the perfect amount of sweetness and I fed 8 people with this pie with satisfaction! My husband doesn't like rich desserts and this wasn't rich at all. It was perfect! I'll make this again and again for sure!"

"This was a success! I am not a fan of hominy but gave it a shot as is. And it was so good! Also I didn't have diced tomatoes with green chilies on hand, so I used regular diced tomatoes and added a can of green chilies. It wasn't too spicy at all! It was perfection! To make it more soupy, I added a little bit of chicken stock by rinsing out the tomato cans with it. It was served with sour cream and Mexican cheese. We didn't have any Chili left over. Everyone enjoyed it! I plan on making this again and again, esp on cold winter nights!"

"I made this for my husband and a male guest. For 3 people, we almost finished the whole thing! This is def not for 6 people! I added half an onion diced cooked with the meat and added worcestershire sauce. Going through all the past comments, the biscuit batch was perfect. I plan on making this again for many years to come and will try adding black beans in the meat and refried beans on the bottom of the pan. I served this with green salad. Yummy!"

"I loved marinading overnight with buttermilk and buttermilk substitutes like sour cream thinned out with milk. It made the chicken very moist and tender. However, using the branded cereal was far too sweet and I won't be doing that again. In future, I'll probably use plain cereal flakes or bread crumbs. "

"Interesting. Mine didn't turn out as pretty as the picture. So I put a white chocolate chip in the center of every cookie. Maybe it's just me, but I don't seem to be very good with icing on cookies. Anyhow it was an interesting recipe to bake. Cookie turned out a little dry and the frosting was interesting. I don't plan on making this again. There are better cookie recipes to try. "

"Not bad! I used left-over green bean casserole from thanksgiving in replacement of the soup/vegetables. Husband wanted something different since we've had turkey a few times. We got to finish up our green bean casserole with chicken. He loved it! I didn't mind it. Will be using this recipe again!"

"Great recipe! Made this for the first time with guests coming over for dinner (meal for 6 people). I had to double up the ingredients and good thing I did -my guests were having seconds and thirds! I wanted something different from your standard beef stroganoff served with, potatoes, rice of egg noodles. And that's what I got. I also added a little ground pork. It turned out super sonderful!"

"This is one AMAZING dish! I cooked lamb for the first time and used this recipe. I'd recommend all my friends to try this! I used 6.5lbs leg of lamb with the same amount of all the ingredients except for a little more slits with garlic and rosemary. I served this with saffron rice and it was a total hit! I was told I should serve this in a restaurant!"

"I looked forward to baking this all week and having just made it, I am very disappointed. This was not for 24 cupcakes. Should be fine with 12. Also, the icing was far too sweet and the orange doesn't come out like it does in this picture. "
