"We've been making this for over a year now and it has amazing flavor for such a simple recipe. I use both red and orange bell peppers and omit the mushrooms. We like Ken’s Lite Balsamic Dressing and find it’s better if you marinate the chicken and veggies (separately of course) for several hours before assembling kabobs. What makes this a meal is to serve it with Zataran’s Rice Pilaf. The sweet bell peppers, tangy marinade, and fragrant rice complement each other perfectly! It’s also good with strip steak, bell peppers, and mushrooms."
