Slow Cooker Southwest Chicken Nachos
"Made this for the first time for a potluck at work. I received rave reviews! It is definitely a keeper. I doubled the recipe but only added a total of 1 red and 1 green bell pepper, then used half of a jalepeno dip and half ranch dip and just whatever seasoned frozen and then thawed chicken strips I could find (used 22oz in the doubled recipe) - heated on low for an hour and a half, stirred, then at 3 hours, added the peppers and dips, turned on high for 30 min, then turned to warm when ready. Absolutely awesome!"

Cinnamon Swirl Cookies
"Followed the directions exactly as stated and pretty much decided I would not make them again due to the fact that they were impossible to "roll" into a 5 inch log. The first batch was pretty much a blob of a cookie then I stuck the batter in the fridge in-between rolling out a log and would take it out as I was ready for the next. Kinda messy! They ended up being SUCH A HIT at our lakeside church fellowship that the Pastor's wife literally ran across the parking lot to grab me to ask me to get her the recipe. She said they were the best cookie she's ever had! After the rave reviews and the empty cookie container, I decided I will most definitely make them again! I will just make sure to refrigerate the dough a minimum of 30 min. to an hour before rolling it into the log. These taste AMAZING and were SO moist!!!"

Burger Beef Soup
"Used a 15oz can of tomato sauce (+ 1 cup water) instead of the tomato juice. Also added frozen carrots, italian seasoning, oregano and salt. Everything else was done according to the recipe. It was quick, easy and delicious! Would definitely make again. "

Rosemary Roast Chicken
"Fantastic! I know, when my husband says "That was good stuff woman", it's a keeper. I actually used potatoes, sliced carrots and onions for my veggies and they were wonderful. Served with dressing and covered all with a little extra of the juices. Will definitely make again."

Pumpkin Pie Pancakes
"These were really good! The only change I made was using Pumpkin Pie Spice instead of Allspice (which I didn't have). "

Hard-Cooked (Hard-Boiled) Eggs
"I always tend to overcook or undercook my hardboiled eggs and these came out absolutely PERFECT!The yolks were nice and firm and didn't have the green ring around them. The shells did not crack while boiling and they peeled beautifully! "

Better-Than-Almost-Anything Cake
"This cake received RAV reviews at work and is so easy to make. My fav is the German Chocolate with caramel topping but have also tried Chocolate with Fudge topping and also Butterscotch. This is a KEEPER that I have made several times already. YUMMY!"

Slow Cooker Pineapple-Pork Tacos
"I admit I was relucant to try this recipe but I think it's my new FAVORITE taco recipe. It is REALLY YUMMY and so easy. I did add a can of chicken broth to cook the meat in then decided to go ahead and not drain any of it when adding the pineapple and lime juice. So good didn't need any toppings except some cheese. Gotta try it to believe it. You won't be disappointed "
