"The maple flavoring I used was maple extract and I was able to find it in the grocery store where all the extracts such as vanilla are sold. Wonderful combination of white chocolate chips and maple."

"This is my family's favorite cookie! I eliminate the jelly portion of the filling and use extra crunchy peanut butter to add to the vanilla frosting. I have also used chunky peanut butter with chocolate frosting as well. These cookies disappear from the plate!"

"This recipe is phenomenal!!! I use raspberry extract in place of the almond extract and grate fresh cinnamon on top. This is one recipe that my guests request I also sprinkle confectioner's sugar liberally on the top when cooled. Enjoy! Nel"

"This is my family's favorite. Instead of adding jelly, I double the amount of peanut butter and use the crunchy peanut butter instead. I have also used chocolate frosting with the peanut butter to use as a filling. Yummy!"
