Almond- and Peach-Crusted Pork Chops
"This sounds really good, I haven't made it yet. My husband loves pork chops and I'm not crazy about them. Maybe this recipe will make both of us happy. I wonder if this recipe would be good with chicken also. I can't imagine it wouldn't, after all it is the other white meat, ha,ha."

Key Lime Coconut Angel Cake
"I also "cheated" and bought an Angel Food cake at the grocery store, which I iced with the frosting in this recipe. I did use the 8oz. whipped topping as others had suggested it wasn't too wet. I did omit the coconut mainly due to soooooooooo many people saying it had a strange taste with the rest of the ingredients. This icing makes the cake. I did cut it into three layers and iced between them with the icing. A VERY impressive looking cake, and the taste was excellent. Good job Betty Crocker!!"

Italian Sausage Soup
"I read the reviews before making and put pasta and broccoli in later then all other items. This soup is excellent. I did use regular Italian sausage (both hot and mild) links, used 2 1/2 cups of chicken broth instead of water and used ditalini instead of mostaccioli pasta, and grated parmeasan cheese on top of each bowl. I have an Italian friend who is and excellent cook. She came to dinner and she loved it and wanted the recipe. FINALLY a recipe I can give to her instead of she giving me one of her recipes."

Premium Tres Leches Cake
"I was very impressed with this cake. The first time I made it was just like it was written. I found out that 1 hr. was not enough time for the milk(s) to soak in. I cut the 3 milks back the next time, and that did work better. BUT, next time I make it (and there will be a next time) I will WAIT 24 hrs as per the reviewers on this site have said to do so the cake has a chance of soaking all the milk(s) up. Even with this cake slightly wet at the bottom it''s still a terrific cake. I used one of the reviewers comments and made a (as she stated) "kind of" homemade icing that consisted of pudding mix, milk, and cool whip. It was perfect. Everyone in my family LOVED it. Thanks."

Grilled Italian Chicken Salad
"I haven''t tried this yet, but I can''t imagine that 15 min. worth of marinating is going to do a whole lot for this chicken. 24 hrs. is usually the time I try to use. Now, some things you can marinate quicker and have a good result. Fish is one of the exceptions to the "marinating" for 24hrs. rule. But, chicken, no I''d give this much more then 15min. And just for people who don''t know about marinating fish, if you leave fish in any longer then @ 15min. it will turn tough and start to cook without putting it on the BBQ !!"

Slow Cooker Tangy Italian Beef Sandwiches
"Since this is definently Italian fare, I would put a few drops of hot sauce to it, and melt some mozzarella or provolone cheese on top. Then, it would be perfect"
