Pear-Ginger Upside-Down Cake
"Very good. I didn't use the crystallized ginger mix, instead I substituted it with the 1/4 c. of sugar and some cinnamon like the comment before me and it turned out fine, but next time I'll use maybe half of that substitute. The cake was warm and gooey, very nice."

Family-Favorite Macaroni and Cheese
"Great recipe! I added more cheese and it doesn't have to be just cheddar and I used skim milk. When cooking the flour and butter it turned into a paste but didn't boil, that's ok, when you add the milk it will be fine. You can cook this without the Worcestershire sauce, I added some hot sauce in place and you can substitute 1/4 tbs ordinary mustard for the ground one. Last 15 minutes in the oven I sprinkled it with some more cheese and topped it with crushed chips. Very good."

Apple-Date Swirl Cookies
"Not bad, it was a bit difficult to make. 1 teaspoon of orange zest made the cookies taste too orangy rather than a apple-date flavor, I would omit it or add just a tiny bit. I also advise to put it in the fridge long enough for it to be extra firm because It was difficult to cut to round pieces. The cookies were too soft in the center and stuck to the cookie sheet due to the filling. But in the end everyone enjoyed them, I don't know if I'll go through all that and make them again."

Black Bean Dip
"I make this when we are having blackbeans and rice for dinner. we always have leftover beans, and i use them for this dip. I skip the yogurt because the beans have alot of juice from the cooking."

Luscious Lemon Squares
"I''m sorry but it wasn''t very good. It may need more lemon juice, and it stuck to the pan. Atleast we ate the top part which wasn''t so bad, kind of buttery."

"Delicious! I used to have an old recipe for apple pie that was quite difficult and took me forever to make. Now, thank god, I''ve been making this recipe instead and it''s easier and better than my old recipe! My little brother begs me to bake this tasty pie all the time, but that''s not a problem anymore for me since this recipes easy to make, especailly with a box of Betty''s pie crust at hand!"

Pizza Mexicana
"I love this very easy recipe! At first this recipe seemed a bit wierd, but after I tried it I was surprised how tasty it was. I tried this recipe with different kinds of cheese and it was great! Now I always have pizza sauce and cheese in the fridge for times when I crave for pizza. I like the unique taste of the pita bread in this recipe. This recipe''s a winner!"

"I can''t believe how easy this recipe is! Moreover, it''s very tasty. This recipe certainly satisfied my sweet tooth and taste buds. I make it when ever I need a quick and easy desert. The combination of apples and oats make this recipe great. I''m watching my waistline so I don''t top it with ice cream and it still tastes great!"
