Beef Pasta and Mushroom Soup
"Maybe it was the way I did this but I thought this was very bland and it was not really something we were fond of...we ate it but I wouldn't make it again."

Healthified Peach Cobbler
"I thought this was good but modified it the second time. I added 1/2 t. cinnamon to my dry ingredients before mixing and I added 1/2 t. cinnamon sprinkled over the top. Most importantly however, I used a larger glass dish, 9 x 11 to make the top crispier."

Southwestern Ranch Pasta Salad
"I'm always very guilty of experimenting with recipes or using them only for ideas so...I fixed the Suddenly Salad mix as it says, but to make it quick and more of a "main dish" I chopped up and added a grilled chicken breast I had saved from a meal we had the day before, plus some black olives and cheese. I served this on a plate and put scoops of the chicken pasta beside torn romaine lettuce with a little dressing of choice drizzled on it and a dinner roll. My husband loved it and so did I."

Microwave Ravioli Casserole
"I gave this a "so-so" review because I followed other people's advice (like adding spaghetti sauce) and other ideas that weren't in the recipe to begin with. Actually a new recipe needs to be submitted. To make things even easier though...when I buy ground chuck or round, I bake it in the oven chopping it up so it will be crumbly. After it is drained and cooled, I divide it up into meal amounts to fit my family and add various seasonings and freeze it in plastic bags. Then I only have to take it out and defrost it or add it to a pan to use. I always have one bag with burger and diced onion, one with taco seasoning and one with sloppy joe seasoning and one bag that is plain to add to ideas like this recipe."
