"The breading for this recipe was awesome! It was crunchy even cooked in the oven. I doubled the paprika and black pepper, this would be AWESOME for an oven chicken "fried" steak with gravy. I really liked the slaw and so did my 9 year old who is not a huge slaw fan, but my husband who does not like slaw, didn't like it. Next time I will make it without the slaw. GOOD GOOD GOOD!!!!"

"THIS WAS ADORABLE! My grandmother made it for my daughters first birthday and it was a HUGE hit at the party. We took the little cake off and gave it all to her (without the candies of course) and it was the perfect size for her!"

"I have to say this is THE best way to oven fry!!! The crust was very crisp and flavorful. I doubled the paprika and added black pepper and garlic powder to the cracker mixture. I used this breading the other night to make oven fried chicken fried steak with beef cube steak and it was FANTASTIC!!!!"

"the only thing i changed was to make regular mashed potatoes and added a sliced onion to the beef. EVERYONE liked it, we will definately make it again. The beef was SUPER tender and flavorful."

"THESE WERE GREAT, THE WHOLE FAMILY LOVED THEM! I made them with burrito sive tortillas and it made 6 giant ones that were almost too big for one person. We had plenty leftover and they were great the next day too~"
