"This dish was soooo good!! I did make a few small changes after reading the other reviews. I kept the apple and syrup mixture as is but used 1/2 the amount of sausage. Also, for the pancake mixture, I only used 2tbs of brown sugar and added a little cinnamon and vanilla. Then, instead of the 13x9 pan, I used an 11x7 glass baking dish. Since I was using the glass dish, I baked the pancake at 325 instead of 350. It turned out perfect! My husband ate 3 helpings and kept saying how good it was!"

"I made this cornbread the other day. It was the first time I had made cornbread from scratch. I usually buy the packaged mix. Well, I will never buy the packaged mix again. This cornbread was so fluffy and delicious. Also, it was so easy to make. Great recipe!"

"These cheesecake bars are really good. I prepared them exactly as directed and they turned out perfect. I will be making them again and will probably try using other cookie flavors for the crust."

"These waffles are really good and easy to make. I did take the advice of another reviewer and added a little vanilla and cinnamon. I froze some of the extra waffles. When I'm ready to eat them, I just warm them up in the oven for about 5-7 minutes at 400 degrees."
