Summer Garden Chicken Stir-Fry
"I used a pkg. of stir fry veggies. I added more ginger and soy sauce and I still thought it was kinda bland but I still enjoyed it. I served it over wild rice. This is a quick and easy recipe and I would recommend it to others. "

Spicy Szechuan Noodles
"This is the first time I used peanut butter in a dish and sorry to say I did not care for it that much. It was okay but don't think I'd make it again. "

Pecan-Crusted Grilled Salmon
"I didn't have Dijon mustard so I used Honey mustard which turned out very good. This was excellent. I will make again but maybe next time bake it in the oven instead. "

Roasted Potato Egg Scramble
"It was okay but I think I prefer my potatoes, eggs and bacon separate. Easy enough to make though. "

Slow Cooker Pork Chop Supper
"I did not care for the thyme. My chops were thinner than 1/2 inch and turned out kinda mushy. I don't care for pimientos so I did not add them. I added 1/2 can of water and no flour to the soup mixture. The gravy turned out perfect. The potatoes were yummy. Next time I would omit the peas and add onions and maybe carrots. I used the wine which gave it a nice rich flavor. I think I would also use minced garlic instead of garlic salt. The meal itself was a little bland. "

Walnut Chicken with Dijon Cream Sauce
"This was very good! I didn't have Dijon mustard only honey mustard so that is what I used. This gave the sauce a hint of honey taste. I also didn't have enough sesame seeds so I added some sunflower seeds to the sesame seeds. I wasn't sure if I was going to like the sauce but it was delicious. The trick to not losing all the nuts and seeds off the chicken while frying is to let it get nice and brown before peeking or flipping. "

"Sorry Betty Crocker, did not enjoy this at all. Took a few bites and then tossed it. I just did not like the flavors. "

Loaded Potato Soup
"This was very good indeed. I didn't add as much sour cream as called for but next time will add more than I did. Easy to make and reheats well in the microwave. "

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
"Very Good! I do not like Golden Mushroom Soup so I just used regular Cream of Mushroom. Also used fresh mushrooms. I added cream cheese and sour cream until it tasted good to me. Definitely will make again. The mixing of the 2 soups were right on. "

Grilled Double-Cheese and Bacon Sandwiches
"This was good but I would do things different next time. My sandwich did not come out thick looking like this picture. Next time I would either crumble the bacon or use bacon bits. I would chop the onion instead of using slices. I would not use the contact grill, I think I would brown in a fry pan next time so the sandwich didn't get so flat. "

Grilled Bacon-Cheddar Bread
"This sandwich was quite good. I had to use the ingredients I had on hand which was sour dough bread, mild shredded cheese, bacon chips and dry parsley. The bottom of my bread didn't get brown but it still tasted good. A keeper for sure but next time I'll sprinkle some shredded Parmesan on top also. "

Grilled Barbecue Subs
"This was just your average ordinary sandwich. The sandwich did not have to be heated for 15 min as the cheese had melted and ran all over the aluminum. I would say 5 min. in the oven is just about right."

Slow Cooker North Woods Wild Rice Soup
"Very good! To those who say their soup turned out to thick well so did mine. It was not the fault of the recipe but as one reviewer said we probably used regular instead of wild rice. I know I for one did, I used a long grain rice. But all one had to do was add more broth or water to it before eating. I also used chicken. It did lack a little flavor, I think some smoked bacon or a dash of liquid smoke would have been good. I diffidently will make this again only this time using Wild Rice. "

"I used the stir fry veggies that already had the noodle in it. I also used my own home made hoisin sauce. Fast, easy and pretty good. "
