Microwave Peanut Brittle
"Easy recipe and tastes wonderful. Just like See's candy peanut brittle. I make this every Christmas as part of my traditional Christmas candies I make to give away."

Brownies on a Stick
"The kids loved them, however, they were too thick and heavy for the sticks and they would fall off. I bought a pan that has popsicle shapes and that works out much better since they turn out thinner and not too heavy. Also, much quicker using the pan. Less back and forth between freezer and doing steps. "

Chicken Ranch Tacos
"This was so good I made them twice once with flour tortillas and once using romaine lettece to make a wrap. I thought both ways were great. "

Cake Batter Pancakes
"I made these for my 4 year olds birthday breakfast since pancakes are her favorite meal. She loved them. I put four candles on the pancake stack for her as well. I liked that it was easy to cut the recipe in half since 12 would have been too many. Also, not needing syrup was great. I tried them without the glaze and they had a nice slightly sweet taste which is nice for people like me who don't like a lot of sugar for breakfast that pancakes with syrup would do. I wouldn't do the glaze every morning just for special days like a birthday since they taste great without the glaze. I will be trying these with strawberry cake mix this weekend."

Pasta Carbonara with Bacon
"I forgot to add that authentic carbonara also doesn't have milk. Three eggs will make a nice sauce for it."

Pasta Carbonara with Bacon
"This was good, however, authentic carbonara is better. To make that leave out the yogurt and use 3 eggs instead of 1. It is so much better that way. I like that is has spinach instead of romaine which is how I make my B.L.T. carbonara. This way is more healthier. I add more spinach and the kids don't ever care that it is there. "

Bisquick® Churros
"I made these using the gluten free Biscuick (my first time using this product). I cut the recipe down to make a third since my plan was to make these for my 3 year old then make a batch with the regular bisquick for everyone else (most gluten free things taste weird to me). These made a lot and tasted so good I didn't have to make the batch with regular biscuick. The only difference was I had to use twice as much water. I even made them again today, but made them as funnel cakes. Equally as good. My three year old loves these. "

"We are new to gluten free products and I bought these cautiosly since most gluten free products taste weird and have a dry dense texture. However, these were the best brownies I have ever tried. I bought these for my 3 year old who is allergic to wheat and these taste so much better than regular brownies. I made these a week ago and still crave them because they were so good and I was never a big fan of brownies before. This will be the only brownies I make whether they are for gluten free eaters or not. Can't wait to taste the cake mixes."

Gluten Free Sandwich Bread
"This bread recipe is so good. Doesn't taste like gluten free. Tastes like regular freshly baked bread. The cost of the ingredients was very high more than $40.00 seperately luckily I stumbled across a website called nutsonline that has all the dry ingredients for this recipe combined already for a bread mix and was only $2.99/lb."
