Impossibly Easy Taco Pie
"So glad to finally have the recipe my mother-in-law used to use. These are so each and "company perfect"........plan to use them again. Just served a tossed salad with it and a wonderful meal. I plan to have company and bake this Taco Pie and your Impossibly Tuna Pie with it so folks can have a bit of both. "

Impossibly Easy Taco Pie
"My family loved this recipe. I have an older version my mother-in-law used and it called for 3 eggs, 1 1/4c milk and 3/4c Bisquick which may make a difference for the person who said it was soggy. I baked it at 400deg for 25 min....then put sliced tomatoes all over the top and then covered with 1 cup of grated cheese. Baked for an additional 10 minutes and then put back for another 10 min. It was perfect! We had leftovers and they tasted almost better than 1st time around. I plan to use this for company!"

1-2-3 Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies
"Made these the other evening;however didn't have condensed milk so used your original recipe which called for 1/4c butter, 1/2c boiling water and 1 c. sugar (I used 1/2c sugar and 1/2c Splenda). These were so moist and baked up wonderfully. My husband took about half into the office to share. These are so easy! thanks for the recipe!"

Impossibly Easy Tuna, Tomato and Cheddar Pie
"My mother-in-law used to write she was having luncheon company and was making one of your many "impossible pies".....and after she passed away I found her original recipes. I've lost them--found them on your site and have tried 2 of them. This one is so simple to put together....just a few ingredients and it is wonderful. I added to the onion a couple of those small sweet colored peppers and 1/2 of zucinni. Used one of those hand choppers to get all veggies uniform and then cooked in the butter. Not only did it increase our veggies but the multi-colored peppers added red, yellow and orange color. We all loved it and I'll make again!"

Stars and Stripes Cake
"Company was quite impressed with this dessert. I did keep it in the 13x9 glass pan; however, for convenience. For frosting, I used 8oz sugar free Cool Whip and 8oz non-fat cream cheese whipped together with a few tbls Splenda. The actual flag has 7 red stripes and had to cut the strawberries smaller to get it to the actual size and used the tiny marshmallows for the white stripes. Also used 50 blueberries. Also, after 30 min after taking the cake out of the oven, punctured the cake with handle of small wooden spoon about 1 inch intervals and spooned jello over the cake filling the holes. In making the jello, you use only 1 3/4 c. liquid and let stand to room temp prior to putting over cake. It was beautiful when cut....the red jello made stripes into the white cake and added taste. You could use sugar-free jello if you are cutting calories."

Stars and Stripes Cake
"Sorry folks.....in the review I just made for this cake I omitted that after spooning the jello over the cake it must be kept in the fridge. Also with the Cool Whip frosting, it must be kept refrigerated."
