"Made this exactly as it says and it was delicious! Made for a group over Labor Day weekend and apparently need to double the recipe next time because it was gone too fast! A big hit! And roasting the garlic was fun :)"

"Was really excited about this but it didnt turn out how I wanted with the recipe as is and then I read "Take the chickpeas out of the can and boil them, until they loose their transparent skin. These will float on the boiling water, so you can take them out with a slotted spoon." Without this step you dont get a smooth spread which is what I prefer. I also added a lot more olive oil and lemon juice for consistency and flavor."

"The best mac and cheese I have made at home, usually the sauce is a little bland but this was not. The seasonings and the cream cheese really brought the flavor up, sooo good!!"
