"These were wonderful. I have never made Falafel before, but I will make these again soon! I do think next time I will make them smaller and I think it will help keep them from breaking apart to have the pan really hot before putting them in. My 2nd batch crumbled less than the 1st because the pan was much hotter. As for deep frying them as one person suggested, I think think that would just make them really greasy. I did make them about 6 hrs. Early and refrigerated them so they were pretty firm when I started cooking. I also changed the yogurt sauce a little. I added about 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. minced garlic, 1/16 tsp. cayenne pepper and 1/16 tsp lite salt and allowed it to chill also for several hours."

"This is really good!! I was a little concerned about the black cherry favored yogurt but decided to make the recipe exactly according to the instructions the first time. I am so glad that I did. It was wonderful! I do think that I baked them too long ( I did not get 12 out of the mix and baked them 2 min longer than recommended to compensate for bigger cakes). However they were still very good and very moist. These treats will be a staple for our special Fri. Night dinners!!"

"This cake is wonderful!!!! It is not dry and I am hard pressed to figure out how someone could have said it was dry in a review. I made it for our Christmas dessert, but it didn't make to Christmas. My family loves it!!!"

"I made this tonight and it was excellent!! I did add grilled shrimp to it, since it was not important to our family to keep it completely vegetarian and I did not use gluten free since that was not a concern for us, either. The only other very small change that I made was to add about 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes. My family has asked me to make one again real soon."

"These are wonderful!!! I only made a couple small changes. I cut the recipe in 1/2 because I was cooking for 2, and I used the juice of 1 orange and then used broth to equal 1 c. of liquid. I did this because I wanted to add extra flavor since I omitted the salt altogether because of dietary restrictions. I also substituted low sodium chicken broth since that is what I had on hand. It was an amazing meal!!!"

"These are so good. I served these tonight with the healthified homemade pizza, also from this website. The only changes that I made were that I used raspberries instead of blackberries because that is what I had on hand and I added just a small dollop of fat free whipped topping. Even my pickiest eater ate them up!!"

"Wow!!! These are so good!! I did use my own sodium free taco seasoning and I added a touch of chili powder to the slaw. We also chose to grill the fish using a grill pan. This is something that I really recommend, if possible. Using the grill with fish adds wonderful flavor. My husband loved them, but the true test came when my oldest son, who really does not like fish at all ate 2 tacos and raved about how good they were. He said he will definitely eat them again!!"

"I made this for my husband's birthday yesterday. It is absolutely delicious!! Since I didn't feel that we needed so much sugar either, I took it a step further and used sugar free low fat ice cream and sugar free hot fudge and carmel. It was amazing, my husband said that it rivaled a store bought cake, actually he thought it is better. I did fancy it up just a little. Once I added the pecans to the final layer, I also drizzled it with some of the fudge topping and the carmel, so it not only tasted better than store bought, my husband said it was as pretty as any BR (Baskin and Robin) cake, also."

"We loved, loved, loved this!!! I made only a very few changes so that it would be lower in sodium. I sprinkled my fillets with 1/2 a fresh lemon and mixed a sodium free garlic lemon herb blend with the corn meal and flour and about 1/4 tsp black pepper. I then served it with homemade Lemony Tarter sauce a recipe that I got from the American Heart Association cookbook. My husband then cooked it on the grill using a griddle for the grill. I only wish that I could give it higher than 5 spoons, it was that good!!"

Beef Tenderloin with Herb-Dijon Crust

"This is really good!! I made it today for our Easter dinner with just a few changes. I used and Eye of Round rather than a Tenderloin just because the Eye of Round is a leaner cut of meat. I also wanted to cut back on the sodium since my hubby is on a low sodium diet so I only used 1 T. of Dijon mustard rather than 3 and I used only 1/8 tsp. of lite salt. I then cooked it about 3/4 of the way in the oven and then finished on the grill so that it would have a grilled flavor. It was so good that I have very little leftovers. We will make this again very soon. "

"This one is really yummy! I made it today exactly according to the recipe, but I noticed at least one other baker got inventive and tried some other things with it that look wonderful. I think next time I make it I may have to be a copy cat and try some of her changes :) ! A real winner either way, though."

"Here's a heads up about this cookie recipe. 1st the cookie is wonderful when made correctly. 2nd the recipe as written on this website is not correct. It calls for 1/2 C all purpose flour online, it should say, 1 C all purpose flour. The 1st time I made the cookies I made them using the recipe from the Betty Crocker Heart Healthy Cookbook, they were perfect. Today I decided to just use my computer and pull the recipe up online..... I couldn't understand what had happened, they were flat, they still taste good, but oh my they are flat. When I pulled my cookbook out and compared the 2 recipes I discovered the problem. Please, Betty Crocker, fix it, they are wonderful cookies and anyone trying to make them from this recipe will be so disappointed."
