Chocolate Chip Swirl Cake
"I made this for a church potluck and it was a big hit! I did tweak the recipe a bit...using B.C. Golden Vanilla cake mix (my favorite go-to basic cake mix) and topped with my homemade Chocolate Frosting. Result was a chocolate-lover's delight!!!"

Burrito BLT Wraps
"I've made these several times, each time experimenting with different things. Our favorite (and easiest) version uses shredded lettuce (bagged), chopped Deli-rotisserie chicken, Oscar Mayer "Real Bacon Bits", diced (de-seeded) tomato, shredded cheddar, and just enough mayo to incorporate. They're gone in a flash!"

Burrito BLT Wraps
"My husband and I really like these... a good, cool meal for those hot summer days in Mississippi! I have made several times, and on occasion have even added a bit of leftover cooked chicken to the filling to make it more substantial and go further. Try these, you will like them!"

Banana Toffee Picnic Cake
"My husband and I thought there were too many different flavors going on in this cake... bananas, ALMOND flavoring, toffee chips and caramel topping! Next time, instead of THIS recipe I will try the "Banana Toffee Picnic Cupcakes" recipe made as a cake instead, and omit the almond flavoring altogether. In the Cupcakes recipe, the toffee chips actually go into the batter instead of on top. I may also add about 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts to the batter."

Sunny Peanut Butter Chews
"I made these with cereal that I had on hand which was Banana Nut Cheerios cereal and also added 2/3 cup of coarsely ground peanuts to the mix. The heated mixture gets stiff and very sticky fast so I added the cereal all at once. Also, I found it easier to spray my fingers with cooking spray to press the mixture into the pan. Good afternoon treat!!!"

Almond-Oatmeal Crispies
"Considering the costs of the ingredients to make these, I think I will have to pass on this recipe... a very expensive 2 dozen cookies!"

White Chocolate Macaroon Cookies
"These are good, BUT very sweet even without the frosting. This recipe is very similar to the "White Chocolate Island Cookies" (made with Macadamia nuts and unfrosted) that I made from scratch last Christmas. Using the cookie mix does cut preparation time. Nonetheless, both are a hit with everyone."

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
"Delicious classic cake! I did modify slightly by using crushed pineapple (well drained) instead of the slices (omitting the cherries) and increased the cake ingredients to make a larger cake."

Lemon Meringue Cake
"My meringue looked like the picture when it came out of the oven.... but as it was cooling it fell to about 1/2 inch high! It tasted okay, but in my opinion this was not worth the time it took to make it... will not make again."

Fiber One® Crunchy Fudge Cookies
"Tasty way to add the health benefit of more fiber in your diet. I took one Reviewer's suggestion to crush the cereal which worked out well. The only modification I made to the Recipe was adding 1/3 c. ground walnuts. I only ended up with only 28 cookies and baked only for 10 minutes since I prefer a more chewy cookie. The dough was a bit on the sticky side, so it might be helpful to refrigerate it a little while before spooning out. Recommend to any chocolate cookie lover!"

Easy Ranger Cookies
"These were just OK to me. I think a "scratch" cookie dough would have been much better tasting. I did add chocolate chips to it. Won't make again."
