"These were a great addition to my Christmas baking. I made my dough the night before and wrapped and chilled it as directed. But when cutting I made my roll smaller for smaller cookies. Also, I got "tired and lazy" so I spread the chocolate thinly on the top of the cookies. Family loved them. My husband took them to work and the men never remembered that he was gluten free and thought they were regular cookies. Stored well, traveled well."

"So sorry, I forgot something that may help those of you that had a problem with "crumbling cookies". I made my dough and refrigerated it over night. I rolled them while the dough was still pretty firm and used a small ice cream scoop so there wasn't much rolling time necessary. "

"I made these for my husband for Christmas. Made 5 dozen. They came out as nice if not better then those made with regular flour. And I just took some out of the freezer last night and freezing seemed to improve the texture even more. Thank you Betty Crocker."

"So sorry, I forgot to mention that any cookies that broke..I saved and made cookie "crumbs" for other desserts since I can't find "gluten free" graham crackers that we like here. And these are cheaper. And too good to waste. "

"Made these for my husband who doesn't normally like chocolate much. But he really like these. They are easy to make. They make a big batch and store very well also."

"My husband loves these! My first batch was good, but when I did the second batch I made the cookies smaller. I also, did not have the patience to dip them all, so I bought chocolate candy melts and just spread a small amount on the entire top. They store very well also. "

"I made these yesterday for my husband. And he loves them. We have had SO many bad gluten free recipes since he was diagnosed "gluten intolerate". I was in a hurry and accidentally put the first 1 1/4C. of sugar in instead of 1C. for the cookies and 1/4C. for the cinnamon and sugar coating, but he just loved them and wants them the same way next time. I also added 1 teaspoon of vanilla and decreased a bit of the cinnamon. I also put the dough in my frig for about 1/2 while I showered, since it was warm in here. The dough rolled out wonderfully. I used the small "pampered chef" cookie scoop and they made the perfect size cookie. Soft but chewy. So glad they make G.F. Bisquick!"

"This is just wonderful. I made a half batch for my celiac husband and I and we loved it. So I thought I would make it for my son and daughter in law who always cooks Christmas breakfast. My daughter in law wanted to try it too, so she made it for us. We all loved it. The best thing is that it stays well in the fridge which allows my husband to warm it before work and he has a nice quick alternative to boring eggs or gluten free yucky cereal. But we need bigger boxes of this and something to help us convert recipes for regular bisquick. I have 40 years worth of those little bisquick cookbooks!"

"Thank goodness for new gluten free bisquick! This coffee cake is the best and easiest thing I have made for my husband since his celiac disease was found! I will experiment with other fillings also. But I would like larger boxes. 3 cups is not enough. Keep up the good work Betty Crocker!"
