Holiday Cake Bon Bons
"I would have given these 5 stars, but just as everyone has stated they are time consuming. Well worth the time though especially if you want to make something that is a hit! I look forward to making different variations."

Grilled Lemon Salmon Packs
"This receipe worked out perfectly for our camping trip. I was able to prepare this before we left, and packed it into the ice chest. It is a real time saver since clean up was a breeze. The salmon was very flavorful and juicy."

Banana-Cinnamon Muffins
"These were quick and easy. I made two batches so I could freeze one for another time. Added nuts as well to one batch. Everyone in my house enjoyed them. "

Honey-Lime Fruit Salad (Crowd Size)
"I have made this fruit salad many times. This can be made even a day ahead to save time in the kitchen. I add sliced almonds to the salad to give another layer of crunch. If I make a day ahead a add the almonds right before serving. The marinade is sweet especially once soaked into the fruit. A real crowd pleaser."

Luscious Mandarin Orange Cake
"This was a refreshing change. I did not add the walnuts. In place of the oil I used applesauce, which makes the cake very moist. The whipped cream frosting tasted really good."

Biscuit Sticks
"This was not a favorite in my house. The breadsticks tasted chalky. Everyone only took one bite and that was enough for them. I think we are only fans of bisquick being used for pancakes."

Banana Bars
"Wow this was good! Ripe bananas in my house used to be for banana bread, the banana bars is a nice change. I used applesauce in place of the oil which is not only better for you, but it makes it so much more moist. I think next time I might add chopped nuts into the bar mix or sprinkled on frosting."

Pumpkin Cheesecake
"This was my first attempt to make cheesecake from scratch. The receipe was so easy to make, my toddlers even helped me make it. Everyone loved the cheesecake, it was so creamy. For the crust I used ginger snaps instead of the graham cracker crust."

Caramelized-Onion Bruschetta
"Caramelized Onion Bruschetta is now on my favorites list. I thought the onion mix tasted much better chilled, which makes it nice to be able to prepare ahead of time. I did not toast my bread which saved me time, and space in my oven which I needed to use for other things. My husband could not get enough of these. I made this the first day for a group of women who were coming over for a party, and the very next day I made them to take to a family gathering since everyone loved them so much."

Halloween Chex® Mix
"What an easy receipe, this receipe allows for room for you to add anything. I made this mix for my kids costume party, the kids loved having their own cupcake cup with the mix inside. For my mix I added peanuts and M&M in addition to what the receipe called for. This is a guick and easy snack for anytime."

Double-Spaghetti Squash
"I can''t believe it! My four year old just ate squash. My daughter had no idea. The spaghetti disguised the squash. I did not have parsley, so I used basil and dill weed. What a great dish. This will definately be on the Thanksgiving dinner menu."

Black Bean and Corn Wonton Cups
"The wonton cups were very easy to prepare and bake. Before baking I brush olive oil on them to reduce the powdery texture the wonton wrappers have. The receipe says to fill right before serving, I found the wonton was to crispy when filling right before serving. I think they were better when filled ahead of time to allow the wonton to soften up a bit. They tasted the best when eaten the next day."

Lemon Cookies
"Wow, these are the best cookies. Cookies generally are not my forte, however these are the easiest cookies to make. I will do just as other reviewers had mentioned, and try with different cake mixes. My husband ate two cookies before the second batch came out of the oven. A real crowd pleaser."

Spicy Pumpkin Pancakes
"This receipe was a nice change. I used flour instead of bisquick, and butter instead of oil. I did just as other reviewers had done and added a 1/2 cup pumpkin instead of a 1/4 cup. My kids really enjoyed the pancakes after breakfast as a snack."

30-Minute Mini Meat Loaves
"I made this for the first time, and it was a hit with my kids. They loved the little sizes. I did not have bisquick so I used bread crumbs instead. I did not have the correct size pan to fit, and cut to size, so I hand molded the meat, it turned out fine."
