Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
"These are fantastic! The chewiness, flavor and everything is great. Subsituted 1 cup of chocolate chips for the raisins and nuts. They were heavenly!"

Southern Apple Crumble
"Amazing! Loved it, best apple dessert I ever made! I love the way the apples are cut, in chunks. The oatmeal crumb is so good. I made it in a 8 by 8 pan like the recipe said. I followed the recipe exactly except I did not add butter into the filling. How do you mix cold butter into apples anyway? I added 2 tsp of cinnamon and 1/4 plus 2 tbs of splenda instead of 1/2 cup of granulated sugar. Wouldnt change a thing. Everyone loved it so much, going to serve it with ice cream."

Healthified Streusel Coffee Cake
"Yummy! I hade unexpected guests, and what do you know, I happen to be pulling this delicous coffee cake out of the oven! What perfect timing! There were three guests, of which two were young children, and they all devoured the whole thing, not a piece was left! The whole recipe was very good, texture and flavor were great. I love this streusel, and I used regular sour cream, not fat free, which I will try in the future. Yummy!"

Cream Cheese Swirl Brownies
"Made these, they tasted good, (I mean seriously its brownie and cheesecake what could go wrong!) but I got none of that gorgeous marble desgine in the picture. I used a 13 by 9 pan instead of the 9 in. square, because that was all I had. The top looked nice, but it wasnt swirled, it was just sitting on top. Next time i am going to use twice as much cream cheese and double the cheesecake, and keep everything else the same. I think that will solve my problem. So until I have made these again, I cannot properly review this recipe. I will give it my total feedback when I make it again in the near future!"

Apple Crumb Cake
"This is more of a concept then a recipe. You can use as many apples of you like, and the ingrediants for the dough is always the same amount of flour, oats, brown sugar, and margerine, with a little cinnamon. So feel free to catter this recipe to your needs."

Homemade Chunky Granola
"This granola tastes good, but this recipe is better. Use 1 1/2 cups oats, 4 tbs brown sugar, 4 tbs pure maple syrup (not pancake syrup) and 2 tbs veggie oil. Put the oats in a large bowl, set aside. Mix all remaining ingredients in small bowl until well combined. Pour over oats. Spread in single layer on sprayed cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes, about 25 minutes. Feel free to double or triple this recipe, as the wet ingredient ratio is always 4tbs 4tbs 2tbs. Add prailined nuts, dry fruit, or whatever you like. "

Cantaloupe Granita
"I made this for guests. It was ok. Most of them got excited, it looked very pretty, then it tasted good, but theres a weird after-taste and texture that really set everybody off. Everyone ate what they put on their plates, but no one asked or took seconds. I omitted the ginger and used water instead of the soymilk. That might have been where the weird texture came from, but I don't think so. I probably won't make it again, though I was very hopefull that the recipe would turn out, it is very easy, and low calorie and relitivly healthy. Oh well."

Piña Colada Cupcakes
"These are amazing! Light, tropical, and oh so good! I made them as a welcome for summer, and they did the trick! They also freeze extremely well, I kept them in the freezer for 6 months before we ate the rest of them! Tasted very freash. Very good, anyone can make it. I might try toasting the coconut for the garnish, or possibly tinting it pink or blue, or another tropical color. "

Classic Strawberry Shortcakes
"Yummy! Can also be considered as a "light" dessert if you use splenda and fat free whipped topping like I did. Very easy and yummy to make!"

Dalmatian Cupcakes
"Delish! yummy! kids loved them! i tried filling the cupcake holders as said in the recipe, and i tried hiding the cheesecake in between layers. The layer way where you add some cake batter, then the cheesecake, then more cake batter on top. It worked great! much better then the way the recipe said! I used a whole pkg (8 oz) of cream cheese, and kept everything else the same. I only used 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips in the cheesecake filling. It seammed like it was a perfect amount instead of the whole cup. Very dalmationy!"

Impossibly Easy Creamy Topped Pumpkin Cheesecake
"Yummy! Very good, very cheesecakey, very pumpkiny. Also very good wuth topping, a little bit to sour creamy though. Going to add a tad more sugar next time. I used pumpkin pie filling because I did not have the canned pumpkin on hand. I just added slightly less sugar as the pie filling is just canned pumpkin with a little sugar in it. There's no eggs or milk in it like people say there is. If you use the pie filling just make sure you use half a can because it is 30 oz and the recipe calls for 15 oz of pumpkin. Verr good. I served mine with the sour cream frost, whipped cream, chopped pecans, a dash of cinnamon and melted caramel! Yummy!"

Butter Pecan Thumbprints
"This tasted amazing! Perfect for the pecan and nut lover. They tasted heavenly, the butter and pecan go very nicely together. The only bad thing was they didnt look to pretty. Nothing like thi picture. The cookie part spread way too much. And I would suggest leaving out the nuts in the cookie. It was very hard to poke your thumb through. Bake in the middle rack to avoid preading of the dough."

Crème Brûlée Cheesecake Bars
"Yumm! Amazing recipe! I made these for a test run to see if they are worthy to take along with me when I go places. They are sooo good! I didnt go half inch up the side like the recipe called for. Just make sure you thin it out on the sides with the cookies dough because all arounfd the edges of the pan it was very thick. I also used a 8 by 12 inch pan instead of the 13 by 9. Make sure you really crush those toffee bits so when you sprinkle them on the hot cheesecake from the oven they melt and really look just like real creme brulee. Great recipe. Also very easy!"

Extraordinary Chocolate Chip Cookies
"Very good. Didnt really look like the picture though. They loooked fabulous but not like the picture. They looked more like the cookies from the soft and chewey chocolate chip cookie recipe. Taste was very yummy. I brought them to a co-op and kids scarfed them down! I used mini chocolate chips and halved the recipe. ust make sure not to bake to long so they stay chewey when baked and cooled."

French Cinnamon Muffins
"This recipe is real bad. It was like cookie dough. Not exagerating. I added water to make it like muffin batter. When they are in the oven, they didnt rise even though I used self-rising flour. I dont know why. They didnt really cook either, it was like dough in the middle. They didnt taste horrible but they didnt really taste good. Won't be making this again"

Healthified Chocolate Chip Cookies
"Yummy, very good recipe. I used half as much butter that the recipe called for, and I used splenda instead of thew granulated sugar. It doesnt taste exactyly like the original recipe, but its very good for being "healthified". I was very impressed how good they tasted for having only whole wheat flour, and very little butter. I strongly suggest you only use half as much butter. It still tastes great."

Scrambled Egg Biscuit Cups
"Yummy! Made biscuits as according to recipe. With the eggs, I just made my normal scrambled eggs with milk, and I added morning star veggie sausage patty. It was amazing! Will definatly make this again!"
