"Made this for a party and everyone loved it. Better if you can make the hummus one day ahead, flavors meld well overnight. I live in AZ so we have a great Mexican market where I got homemade pico de gallo, Mexican crema (better than sour cream) and a ripe avocado to serve on top. Served with pita chips and tortilla chips."

"I made this to take to my parents house, so I cooked it at my house first. OMG--if you love cheeseburgers, this is the recipe for you! It really does taste like a cheeseburger, just perfect. I did add extra pickles and my Mom still wanted more. The best part was my car smelled like In-N-Out Burger with the pie. We served it with sweet potato fries--fantastic!"

"Made these for the family and they LOVED them. I did add a few more miniature marshmallows to cover the second layer, probably another 1/4 c. Last but not least, I replaced the pecans with almonds, as Rocky Road ice cream has almonds. Immediately jumped to the top of the cookie wish list."

"Changes--One jar of fudge sauce instead of two and creme de menthe in the green cake batter and in the cool whip instead of mint extract. Got rave reviews for our early St. Paddy's Day dinner last night. Agree with recent poster who said you have to use mint, NOT peppermint extract/flavoring. Otherwise it's a winner, would be a great springtime cake or for anyone who likes mint or chocolate."

"Made this for early St. Patty's Day dinner, everyone loved it. Would definitely recommend a larger cut of corned beef -- say at least 4 lbs. The one I bought was 3.11 lbs and it made six sandwiches with left-over sauerkraut, but no corned beef. One thing you can't do is over cook corned beef so I added some extra water and cooked it for about 15.5 hours total on LOW. Will make it again for fall, it's yummy!"

"Based on the previous reviews, I cut the cinnamon in half and doubled the amount of peanut butter. Also, I don't have really large crock pot, I cooked it on the stove in a dutch oven on low for about 4 hours. I shared it with some friends and they loved it and have asked for the recipe. Will definitely make again."

"Made the dressing in the morning, so the flavors had time to meld. This was a hit, plus it makes a great presentation. Had enough to do salads the next day, since we served it for a dinner party for five."

"These were wonderful. Couldn't find the pre-made eggplant so I made my own eggplant meze. It was little labor intensive with all the veggie cutting, but well worth the effort. I am shocked that they only have a 'two spoons' rating. Will definitely make again as healthy appetizer."

"Made this for 4th of July and everyone liked it. My only issue was that the brownie part stuck to the pan, even though I sprayed it with cooking spray. Definitely need to eat on the first or second day, as it does get soggy. It was a nice change of pace from all the "flag cakes" . . . not that there's anything wrong with that :-)"

"Made these for our 4th of July party and they were a hit. The cookies were quite large, so we cut them in quarters. I think it's better to make the large cookie and cut them in half or quarters. Delish!"

"I'm making cookie 'sampler' plates to give as Christmas gifts. So far, everyone has raved about this cookie and I'm doing another batch tonight to take to a cookie party tomorrow. The only change I made was to add a bit more milk to the pudding filling. Otherwise it was delicious!"
