No-Bake Cookies
"These are Yummy!(eating them right now). It came out great. I did add a little extra peanut butter so I had to add another 1/2 C of oats because it was a little runny. If your cookies come out a little crumbly, try adding a little extra peanut butter."

Pepper Jack Cheese Ball
"I made this for a Christmas Eve get together with a few modifications. I left out the sour cream, onion powder, I added some chilli powder and cumin instead. Everyone loved it!Out of the two cheeseballs I made, they liked this one best. I will make it again."

Hollandaise Sauce
"This was a little too lemony for me. I prefer the dry powder mix and will probably use it next time."

Buffalo-Blue Cheese Grilled Chicken Burgers
"These were good and tasted even better the next day when we had some leftover. I put some onion and celery in the meat mixture before cooking it. For condiments I used celery bits and blue cheese and some wing sauce on one side of the bun."

Thai Chicken with Spicy Peanut Sauce
"Yum! I made this for dinner. I used coconut milk instead of the regular milk to dip the chicken in. I also used coconut milk in my jasmine rice. I added a little more peanut butter 1/3 cup to the peanut sauce. I made some vegetables with a ginger sauce to go with it. It was delicious. I will definitely make again."

Healthified Cashew Chicken and Broccoli
"This was really good. I doubled the sauce part so there would be some for the rice. I will definitely make this again. This dish had alot of flavor and was more healthy than what you would get in a restaurant."

Savory White Chicken Chili
"Delicious chilli! The whole family loved it. I added a little more chicken broth because I like it not to be so thick. I didn't have cilantro but I do like it and will try it sometime.I will definitely make this again."

Yogurt Raspberry Cheesecake Bars
"These were pretty good but next time I would probably modify a little. I would double the cheesecake mixture to make them thicker so you could actually taste the cheesecake(there was too much crust). They were not sweet at all so I would probably add a little Splenda. Other than that they were pretty good and my family liked them."

Spicy Chili Bean Burgers
"These were Ok but not great. They didn't hold together very well and weren't very flavorful. I did add some garlic powder to it and some panko bread crumbs because the mixture was kind of runny. They didn't taste too bad but I have had better veggie bean burgers. I topped it with a slice of cheese that help give some flavor. If I made again I would have to add some soy or something because I didn't really care for the texture either."

Pecan-Crusted Chicken
"Delicious! I made this for dinner, making a few changes, I crushed the pecans fine because my husband doesn't like nuts and I used dry parsley and a little garlic powder. My husband loved it and would have never known it had nuts but my son told him. I will definitely make this again for a quick good chicken meal. I agree that the chicken was really moist and yummy!"

Greek Turkey Burgers with Tzatziki Sauce
"These were delicious. Made plain turkey burgers very flavorful. Feta cheese gave it good flavor and made it taste like a gourmet burger. I liked that it also had a sauce that was low cal. My 15 yr old son liked them too and he said it tasted like gyros to him. Overall good recipe and you could change it up with different cheeses or veggies like maybe adding peppers or diced tomato with other cheese to make different combinations."

Impossibly Easy Spinach-Parmesan Pie
"I love spinach but thought this was kind of bland. If I make it again I will try the suggestion of adding feta cheese. I think that would give it the kick it needs. I put dill in it because I didn't have nutmeg and I did like that flavor in it."
