"Did not enjoy these at all. The cookie was dry and bland, I think it was the cocoa that did them in. They looked so pretty so I was very disappointed as I was going to give them out as gifts. I am instead bringing them into work and not telling anyone I made them, as they'll eat anything there."

"Amazing! Mint CC ice cream is my favorite. My brother in law isn't a fan of the ice cream, but tried this and couldn't stop eating it. Would definitely make it again. Quick, easy, and marvelous!"

"Phenomenal - my favorite ice cream is mint chocolate chip - these looked just like little lumps of ice cream when I placed them on the baking sheet - and tasted delicious! I will definitely make these again. Thank you for the great recipe!! "
