"The picture makes it look really good, but once I made it, I wasn't impressed. Mixing Bisquick into the batter made the cake spongy and firm, not like cheesecake texture."

"I made these to mail to friends, unfortunately they didn''t come anywhere near what the picture looked like. The dough was sticky and hard to work with and the cookies came out flat and crumbly. I even tried refridgrating the dough to make it a little more workable. It still didn''t help. I didn''t even bother with the mint filling because they were so bland and salty."

"This recipe is better then the one in my BC cookie book. In the recipe book it calls for 1/2 tsp salt instead of just 1/4 tsp. That little amount makes a big difference. 1/2 tsp makes the cookies taste salty."

"I must have done something wrong because when I baked these cookies they didn''t keep their shape and fell apart no matter how long I cooked them for. Maybe next time I''ll put the dough in the fridge like someone had suggested. Other then that, the taste wasn''t that great either. Good luck to everyone else to dares to try."

"No one in my family like these! They are nasty! We love rhubarb, we even have our own plants out in the yard. The bars had no flavor. The rhubarb was tart and need more sugar."
