"I did a few things differently. First of all, I used Zatarain's New Orleans style Spanish rice mix, which I cooked separately. Then I added Cajun-style andouille sausages and the rest of the ingredients. It came out pretty good and my husband loved it! "

"For this recipe, I substituted low-fat Heart Smart Bisquick for the original one. I also added a a little more BBQ sauce in the ground beef as well as extra sauce on the side. Overall, it was tasty and easy to make."

"For this recipe, I used canned tortilla soup, as someone recommended,instead of the chicken and cheese enchilada soup. I'm glad I tried this recipe. It's delicious and easy to make. My hubby is a picky eater, but he also loved this Mexican dish-and you likely will too! "

"This is one of my favorite recipes! It's so tasty, easy to make and doesn't require a lot of ingredients. The only thing I did differently, however, was add some corn to the bread stuffing-which I also cooked separately from the rest of the chicken, cheese and cream of chicken. This kept the bread stuffing from getting dry or crunchy."
