"This was perfect! I made this for a large group that I had to feed...so I multiplied the recipe. It was a huge success and eaten all up!"

"This was delicious and will definitely be made again. Was not sure if the "diced tomatoe" was canned or not. I used a drained can of diced tomatoe. I didn't have any beans (I didn't realize that until I had already decided to make it though!) so I made the recipe without. I also added some jalapenos. It was absolutely delicious and the leftovers were even better. I would have taken a picture to add, but it is all gone now!"

"Loved this dish it was so easy and looked fantastic when finished. The leftovers are even better! Kids weren't thrilled, but they are super picky eaters and it at least passed!"

"These bars are delish and never last long wherever I bring them! Super easy to make too! I usually only use about 3/4 of the caramel called for in the recipe. This is probably why I don't have a problem with them being messy. When pressing the first layer in the pan allow a slight lip on the edges so the caramel will not be directly touching your pan. Clean up will be no problem. The Butter Pecan cake mix is hard to find. When in a pinch I use Butter Golden Cake mix and it is delicious still. I will have to try the fudge mix."

"Although this recipe is a little time consuming, it is easy, the outcome is delicious and looks like a gourmet cake! I'm a huge fan of the major chain cheesecake restaurant's, G. Chocolate Cheesecake. This recipe is right up there with that. Since strawberries aren't in season at the moment in Florida, I have also found that placing a layer of quality raspberry, no sugar added, preserves in the center and then garnishing it with some raspberries is delicious and beautiful."
