"This was so good. We cooked it on the barbeque instead of doing it in the oven. I served it with "Soba Noodles with sweet ginger scallion sauce" and steamed broccoli. It's an A+ in our book. We will definitely do this again."

"This was probably the easiest and tastiest Mou Shu Chicken we've had at home. We used a store bought Plum Sauce instead of making it. I had bean sprouts from a recipe earlier in the week so I tossed those in with a prepared cole slaw mix. It only took 15 minutes from pan to table."

"This recipe was great except for the salt. The Tablespoon in the rub was a bit excessive. The beer flavor left over from the brine was great."

"My family loves this recipe. It's great for a Spring or Summer dinner. It's light and refreshing with the mango and strawberries."

"This was good. The pesto gave it an Italian sausage flavor. I followed the directions of sjr62 and didn't pre-cook the manicotti and it worked perfectly. I used a 26 oz. can of sauce and my husband felt that it wasn't quite enough sauce."

"This was very good. My husband doesn't like carrots so I used broccoli slaw instead. I added a little cilantro. My husband said he thought it would be good with chicken or shrimp but enjoyed the steak."
