"Made this and turned out delicious. Don't care for pork sausage so just used the ground beef. The Italian shredded cheese and spinach really added flavor. The tip about rolling on foil was a good one. Helped to keep it all together. Will definitely make this again. "

"Took the advice and made this with a 9 inch graham cracker crust. Mashed 1/2 the strawberries with a fork. Added to Jello mixture, and it was the right consistancy after 20 minutes to fold in the rest of the berries. Make sure to spread the cream cheese mixture up the sides also. Keeps the crust crunchy. Chill and top the berries with your choice of whipped cream. Delicious. Served to my family and they loved it! Would definitely make again, and passed this recipe on to my family. Great dessert for these hot summer days."

"These were delicious! I substituted instant coffee, as my store did not have instant espresso. Store didn't have espresso beans to decorate the top of cupcake, so used a chocolate bar (sections) with crushed expresso beans I found in the candy section. Turned out so good, everyone loved them, including my 12yr old grandson. Definitely will make these again. You must try these as the flavor is unbelievable."
