"I''m not a huge fan or pork (mostly breaded pork chops... ew!), but I tried these & they were excellent! Even my picky bf said that this was something we could def. have again! The syrup smelled great while I was cooking it, I couldn''t wait to dig in!"

Mexican Beef- and Bean-Stuffed Peppers
"This was great receipe! I love peppers & even my picky boyfriend gobbled it up. He even like it over his mom''s stuffed peppers, because they weren''t too mushy. Score one for me! I used ground turkey... it was a hit!!! I will make this again once it gets cooler outside..."

Banana Tres Leches Dessert
"I was a little skeptical once I made the cake and all of the milk hadn''t been soaked into the cake. Perhaps I used too much? Nethertheless, it rocked once I brought it to the table. The guys at the Cinco de Mayo party went nuts over it! I was shocked at what a HUGE hit this was! I think it took about 30 minutes for every piece to disappear!"

Easy Grasshopper Bars
"I cheated a bit by using Hershey''s Chocolate Syrup to drizzle over the bars - turned out fine! I took them to a house warming party & they were gone as soon as they hit the buffet table... thank goodness I left some at home for me to indulge upon... They are that good! (I couldn''t keep my hand out of the fridge the next day!)"

Luscious Layer Bars
"These bars were such a fantastic hit at an open house party that I threw for my best friend. They were the first thing to go (in a matter of seconds!) & everyone wanted more. I''m always asked to bring these in for work too! They can be a little sticky & gooey if you try to cut the bars before the whole pan has cooled. I cooled the pan overnight & that did the trick!"
