Impossibly Easy Mini Chicken 'n Broccoli Pies
"I actually preferred this to the full-size impossible pies. My only complaint was that mine didn't come out as large as the picture. I think next time I will increase the Bisquick mix and milk to 3/4 cup. My husband described it as "tasty" and then proceeded to add some Frank's Red Hot sauce on top. Once he did that he said it tasted like Buffalo Chicken Pizza. Will probably mix in some sauce next time. Used leftover baked chicken and "low-fat" substitutes for the remaining ingredients. "

Baked Reuben Sandwich
"We love reubens and I found this to be a very satisfying and "lighter" choice without the buttered grilled bread. I used a mix of leftover corned beef and deli turkey pastrami. I think someone got into the pastrami before I made it, so the meat was a little on the low side. I cut back slightly on the mustard as I do in all recipes as it can be too overpowering for me. Will definitely make this again."

Broccoli and Red Pepper Toss
"I steamed my broccoli until crisp-tender and then sauted the pepper and broccoli and added garlic at the end. I didn't add the lemon juice, although I'm sure it is good as well. I thought this method would give more flavor than putting the veggies in a saucepan (which I pretty much never do anyway) and would give it a 5 with my preparation. Everyone loved it. Very flavorful!"

Impossibly Easy Broccoli and Red Pepper Pie
"I sauteed my veggies because the onion never cooks enough for me in these dishes and added some garlic as well. It was a nice, light, vegetarian meal. I served it with some rolls. A fresh greens salad would be nice with it as well."

Mostaccioli with Roasted Tomato and Garlic (Cooking for 2)
"It says "cooking for 2" in the title and then "4 servings". It fed my family of 3 as a main dish, but next time I would increase the quantity. I used 5 tomatoes and a little more than 1 cup of pasta and found it was plenty moist. I had tomato-basil feta, so used that. And we added some red pepper flakes because we like a little spice with our food. Everyone enjoyed it and aI will definitely make it again."

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Chili
"My husband and I loved this. Didn't change a thing. Will definitely be making this several times over the winter."

Turkey Divan
"Very tasty! I would give 4.5 spoons if that was an option. I was concerned about it being too soupy, plus I forgot I was out of sour cream, so I added a can of cheddar cheese soup. Used seasoned whole wheat bread crumbs instead of panko. Next time I may mix the cheese and bread crumbs together as the yummy appearance of melted cheese got covered by the bread crumbs."

Impossibly Easy Mexicali Chicken Pie
"Made this last night and my husband and I loved it! Not sure why, but the crust turned out better than most of the other "Impossibly Easy" recipes I have made. I left out olives because I didn't have them and doubled the chiles. I think some black beans would be a good addition as well. Will definitely be adding this to the regular dinner cycle."
