Easy Fruit Crisp "Dump" Dessert
"I almost always make "Dump Cake" when I'm asked to bring a dessert, however, my original recipe suggests topping the fruit with dry cake mix, then covering that with thin slices of butter. I tried the Betty Crocker version (melted butter) and it's a winner! Easier, faster, less butter, yet tastes just as yummy!"

Walnut Apple-Peach Crisp with Cinnamon-Brown Sugar Crumble
"Easy-peasy, and very good! Topped it with heavy cream - yummm! "

Chocolate Glazed Chocolate Cake
"Baked this for a dinner party for some chocolate-lovin' friends (myself included), and expected it to be almost garishly chocolate-y. I stand corrected. It was the perfect combination of chocolates, and oh so delish. I'll make it again and again and again! I did omit the glaze recipe and, instead, melted some Betty Crocker chocolate frosting and drizzled it over the top. Added some chocolate curls, too ;)"

Coconut-Carrot Cake
"I brought this to a potluck, where someone sliced it prior to putting it out. I was a bit disappointed, as probably 1/4 of it fell into a pile of crumbs. It was easy though, and looked nice before slicing ;)"

Ranch Oven-Fried Chicken with Warm Corn Relish
"So easy and so yummy! My husband even asked me to hang on to this recipe!"

Southwest Chicken Skillet
"It was good, and definitely easy. I used Mexican style veggies, which included a couple of different bean types, so I omitted the black beans. Also topped it with Santa Fe Style crunchy tortilla strips, which added more flavor than plain ol' tortillas would have."

Spicy Sausage Breakfast Squares
"It was divine! Will make it many, many more times! BUT, even with hot sausage and the red pepper flakes, it really wasn't too spicy. Note to self: add more crushed red pepper flakes next time :)"

Grands!® Cinnamon Pull-Apart Coffee Cake
"Oh my heavens, this was insanely good! I kept grabbing "one more piece!" Like another reviewer mentioned, I think I'll add nuts next time - and there will definitely be a next time (and a next and a next and a next...)!"

Italian Meatball Hoagie Braids
"A good, easy, fun dinner! I used 1-inch meatballs, so left 'em whole. Also baked 'em on parchment, so didn't have to worry about 'em stickin'. Thanks for another good'n, Betty!"

Gluten Free Braised Chicken with Fennel and White Beans
"Easy and very good, and it smelled soooo yummy! I used canned diced tomatoes and chicken broth - next time, I'll cut back a bit on the tomato liquid and/or add a second can of beans."

Spicy Chicken Chili
"Good and easy! I used leftover turkey, two cans of diced tomatoes instead of one, and added a can of corn - served it with cornbread and a salad - deelish meal!"

Beef Pasta and Mushroom Soup
"I needed a quick, easy dinner idea yesterday, and this recipe seemed perfect for the cold, rainy day we were having. I substituted 1 can beef broth for 2 cups of the water, as others suggested, and used cilantro instead of parsley. We enjoyed it, and I'll definitely make it again!"

Slow Cooker Potato and Double-Corn Chowder
"The flavor was great, but it was quite mushy. Wish I would have read the reviews before attempting this - I would have tried frying the potatoes first. Don't think I'll make it again, as nobody was very enthusiastic about it, and the leftovers just sat in the fridge."

Easy Fiesta Christmas Tree
"I've served salsa-topped cream cheese before, but WOW, with the added preserves, this recipe is to-die-for! I used peach preserves, 'cause that's what I had in the fridge, and it was deelish! I've made it two more times since Christmas, and plan on serving it again for the Super Bowl!"

Red, White and Blue Cookies
"We loved the taste of these cookies, and they were easy to make. I sliced enough for one cookie sheet, then popped the dough in the freezer for a couple of minutes - it helped to keep the cookies round when slicing the next batch."
