Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Fajitas
"This is really good. The salsa sortof "melts" into the sauce. So, for those of you who have picky eaters that don't like "chunks" of vegies, then this recipe is for you. I left out the peppers and onions and just stir fried a few for anyone who wanted them while assembling. Buy a big jar of salsa so you can use the left over for assembly also. Makes alot so it is good for a big family. "

Cranberry-Chicken Fillo Cups
"They were ok. Noone ever asked me for the recipe and thats how I judge how well a recipe is. If I ever make it again, I will use half mayo because I felt like the yogurt was too sour tasting. The recipe is really just a chicken salad in an elegant cup. But, it does look pretty......"

Nutty Chocolate Chip Picnic Cake
"Buy a nice jar of caramel that you love. The cake is a little plain without it but the caramel adds the perfect "frosting". Simple and wonderful! Get the caramel! "

Maple Walnut White Chocolate Chip Cookies
"These were awesome! The only thing I changed was that I did not bake for that long as the first batch got burned. I only baked 9 minutes. Oh, also, I used 'imitation' maple extract. I was scared about using imitation but it was good. "

Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies
"DON'T USE THE EXTRACT. The extract makes it TOO minty. I made it without the extract and they were "The Bomb". They still had a mint flavor but not overwhelming, you know? I used Andes Creme De Menthe baking chips and chocolate chips as the recipe stated."

Chicken Carbonara Deluxe
"It was ok. I added spinach to the pasta water at the last 10 seconds and drained and added tomatoes for a little more flavor and color. It was still ok..... I also used evaporated milk instead of cream. Maybe that was the problem........"

Raspberry Thumbprint Cookies
"I didn't seem to have a problem with them flattening out too much. Yes, they flattened but it wasn't too much. I did not do the glaze either. I did dust with powdered sugar after they cooled though. They are really sweet. Just a really easy recipe to make. Oh, I also toasted some chopped pecans and coconut and sprinkled that on when they came out of the oven. Actually I had the pecans and coconut left over from another recipe...... It was a nice addition. I will make them again."

Baklava Bars
"These were good. Its not baklava but it was easy and I will make them again. I am going to use alot more nuts next time though."

"Lime in the Coconut" Frosted Cheesecake Bars
"They look so good and they sound even better. I made them and brought them to work but they were not a hit. They are much too sweet and you cannot taste hardly any lime. I won't ever make them again. Sorry. I wanted to like them."
