"I love this recipe. I switch the mango for madrian oranges. If I dont have red bell pepper I sub roasted rell bell pepper or green bell peppers. But you can do alot with the mixture of the sweet fruit and spicey blackened chicken."

"I love this recipe. it is so easy to make and the family loves it. I add more cajun seasoning because it is not spicy enough for us. I also substitute shrimp on occasion as well."

"I enjoyed this salad very much. However my family was not excited about it. I used canned peached and let them drain very well and also added walnuts to the salad. I used a little bit much blackening seasoning and the chicken was very spicey. But I would make it again for the girls. My husband thought it was a little to foo-foo for his tatse. lol"

"I forgot the mozzerella cheese so that made a big difference. I also added some sauce to the top. Next time I will add a little more sauce to the top and not forget the mozz cheese."
