Rich Peanut Butter Cookies
"Very good, simple recipe that turns out great every time. These cookies are rich and moist, and just delicious. I add a little dollop of sour cream to the dough, which I find keeps them moist and keeps the cookies from flattening out as they bake. Love this one."

Hearty Chicken Pot Pie
"Comfort food that''s easy and delicious. I doubled everything but the egg and veggies and used skim milk and Heart Healthy Bisquick, and it came out perfect. I also sprinkled about 1/4 cup of fresh chopped green onions on top of the soup mixture before I added the topping, and they really added some nice homemade flavor. Was done to perfection in 33 minutes. Despite using ''full fat'' soup, each serving (about 7 hungry- husband-sized in real people math) only comes to 8-ish Weight Watchers points. Great recipe, and a hundred ways to customize."

Homemade Tomato Salsa
"This is a good one. It''s very fresh and has just the right kick. Just go easy on the fresh cilantro...I put in just a dash more than the recipe calls for the first time I made it, and it was very overpowering. Came out perfect this time with the ''regulation'' amount of cilantro. ;) Good stuff."

Molasses Crinkles
"These are excellent. I added extra ground ginger for a little more kick, but it certainly isn''t necessary. These are chewy, crispy, and perfect. Keeping this one."

Slow Cooker Barbecued Beans and Polish Sausage
"Tasted good, but the sauce doesn''t stick to and coat the beans enough to infuse them with much flavor. I love beans, but the whole idea here is the rich flavor of the sauce, so although I''ll likely make this one again (made the house smell amazing!), I''ll try a couple of tweaks next time to see if I can improve the richness."

Slow Cooker Meaty Italian Spaghetti Sauce
"Absolutely delicious. I added a couple of fresh homegrown tomatoes and extra fresh garlic to this already great recipe. Will use crushed tomatoes next time instead of diced for some extra ''chunkage''. Loved this one...it''s ''my'' sauce recipe now. :) My husband says it''s better than his mom''s (a compliment of the highest order). Thank you!"

Crunchy Garlic Chicken
"Very good recipe. I had to substitute corn chex as I can''t find country corn flakes at any of the markets around me, but it still came out great. Also, we''re garlic freaks, so I had to use fresh chopped garlic. Will definitely make this again soon. My husband and I really like this one."

Creamy Beef Fold-Over Pie
"Excellent recipe. I substituted ready-made piecrusts for the Bisquick crust to save some time, and it came out great. I also substituted frozen stir-fry veggies instead of the peas and corn mix. Very easy and very versatile...I will continue to use this basic recipe with different veggies. I''ll make it with mushrooms next time, and will try the Bisquick crust. This was a major hit with my husband and me. Total keeper."
