"Very simple and easy to make, with fantastic results. Loved by even people who swore they hated rhubarb. It didn't mention in the recipe, so I cut my rhubarb in 1/2" to 3/4" pieces. I also doubled the orange zest."

"Tasted great! Easy to do, although a little time consuming. I forgot to put the pecans in, but it was still very good. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the pre-made crust; it was the first time I'd used them because I had a time constraint, and I didn't like the way they cooked. I'll definitely make this pie again, but next time I'll make my own crust."

"I made a double batch and only came out with 20 cupcakes, so the recipe does end up being short. They were very good, but I thought the frosting was too sweet for the cupcakes, and also very messy because with the caramel topping mixed in it tends to go everywhere. But I liked the cupcake better than a regular vanilla flavor, by far."

"Very easy. Followed the recipe for the time and temperature and it worked out perfectly for me. I did have to put foil over the top towards the end to keep it from browning any more. Came out looking exactly as pictured. But I thought it was rather bland. If I tried it again I'd go way heavier with the spices, but I probably won't bother making this one again."

"The zest from my oranges was very wet for some reason, so I think my dough might have had a tad too much liquid. When I did the toothpick test it came out clean, but in hindsight I think it could have used a little more time in the oven the first time. Regardless, the flavor is AMAZING. I also leave off the chocolate--they don't need it!"

"It took me much longer to prepare the crust as well. My crust ripped a little hole and the juices leaked out some. Overall it was liked even by people who don't like pies, but I thought it could have used more spices. I put in extra cinnamon, but I had added more and maybe a few other touches. I had a poor pick of peaches, so I ended up using more plums and fewer peaches, but I ended up liking that way better. Overall, I think it could use some work. I think it smelled better than it tasted; a little bland, in my opinion. I'm going to try a free-form tart like this one with rhubarb, strawberries, apples, and almonds next time."
