"Excellent pie! I used half as much sugar in the pumpkin portion which kept it from being too sweet. Also I kneaded the crust for about a minute before pressing it into the pie pan. The pie crust was so good, I would make it again even if it didn't have to be gluten-free. Rave reviews at Thanksgiving."

"Excellent mixture of textures resulting in a tasty dinner treat. I cooked the chicken instead of using totisserie chicken from the store, though. Received the husband seal of approval in our house!"

"At my house, this was so well received that it has been re-named 'Impossibly WONDERFUL Shrimp Pie'. Don't put it on the top rack of the oven lest the 'crust' get too brown and become difficult to cut. A great Friday recipe!"

"Wonderful! I've made it twice and it was delightful both times. Next time I'll serve the whole thing on a big platter and let people take what they want instead of serving up individual plates. I'll echo the comment about starting the potatoes 5-7 minutes ahead of the corn. That was a big help."

"This is a great way to fix fish! I'm not used to stir-frying, so I wish I had read up on that first, but it still came out to be a wonderful dish! There were no leftovers :-)"

"Hint of Gingerbread variation for 1/3 of the batter: 1/2 cup raisins sprinkled with flour with pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon) mixed in (vary to taste - 1/2 teaspoon worked for me in 2 tablespoons flour) 2 tablespoons molasses (add with other liquid ingredients) My husband liked them best when they weren't flattened with the glass dipped in sugar, but they'd be fine that way too. Couldn't decide where to start baking cookies, and this recipe got me past my 'bakers block'!"

"Easy recipe with lots of visual ''wow''! -I used some of the cheese spread to make crackers to set around the tree (decorated with parsly and red bell peppers).-You might want to make it spicier than the recipe. It is rather bland as is.-I should have used a template to cut out the stars. Also I wish I had left a stalk (or tail) on the star to better secure it to the tree.-Someone suggested making a double recipe to create a BIG tree, then using grape or cherry tomatoes for ornaments."
