Spicy Peanut Chicken
"Delicious! I added a little fresh spinach, doubled the sauce and served it over noodles. We loved it! "

Pumpkin Waffles with Maple-Apple Syrup
"It's that time of the year again. We had these for dinner tonight and they have a delicious, genuine pumpkin pie flavor. I didn't have the frozen apple juice, so we just had regular maple syrup. Very good - and the pecans are a great touch! Thanks!"

Mix-Easy Oatmeal-Raisin Cookies
"Just made these and they are delicious! I love how easy they are to put together - and after reading the comments I also added a half cup of chocolate chips. Great recipe. Thanks!"

Orange Cream Cookies
"These cookies are delicious! I took the advice of doubling the extracts and adding a little orange juice. The dough did look a little chip heavy - but the finished cookies are perfect. Thanks for a great new recipe."

Bisquick® Banana Nut Bread
"I just baked this wonderful bread this morning. It has a rather mild banana flavor - I used three ripe bananas and a small container of baby food bananas - and is very moist. Along with pecans, I added a half cup of milk chocolate chips and a half teaspoon of cinnamon. I made them into mini muffins. Really good - thanks for a great recipe."

Chick Pea and Tomato Curry
"My family really enjoyed this vegetarian dish. I think everyone is right that it needs a little more curry. And the house smelled so good all evening! Thanks"

Peanut Butter Brownies
"I have a maddening tendency to over-bake brownies and I think that's what I did with this recipe. Also I added the extra egg to the first batter and we didn't really like the texture. They were good - not great - but it was probably my own fault. The flavor was very good. And, despite our complaints, they disappeared pretty quickly."

Fettuccine with Ricotta, Tomatoes and Basil
"We really enjoyed this dish. I used spinach linguine and added several cloves of garlic to the melted butter. It is a little plain, but I wouldn't call it bland. The cheese and tomato flavors really came through. Thanks!"

Italian Sausage Soup
"We really love this soup. I've made it several times now and last time I crumbled the sausage instead of slicing it, and substituted zucchini for the broccoli. I also prefer the crushed tomatoes. Just delicious!"

Easy Mexican Chicken and Beans
"This is a terrific recipe! I added about a half of a can of tomatoes w/juice and left out the 1/4 cup of water. I also added a little chopped green pepper and garlic and frozen corn and topped it with a little shredded cheese and sour cream. Delicious! Next time I plan on using the veggie/soy imitation chicken strips, as several family members are vegetarians. Thanks!"

Italian Tuna Toss
"We really enjoyed this salad! I added the artichokes and black olives and some chopped red pepper and topped it with the grated Parm. I'm sure we'll be preparing this all summer!"

Blueberry-Banana Bread
"This is our new favorite banana bread. I increased the bananas to 3 large and the blueberries to 2 cups. I also added about 1/2 cup pecans and used Egg Beaters and Splenda. It is just delicious! And very easy to mix up as well."
