"Couldn't find the Betty Crocker chicken helper in our store, so used Zatarain's jambalaya mix. We also left out the sausage, and next time I would add more peanut butter (crunchy for more texture!) "

"VERY tasty! We used boneless tilapia fillets and they worked perfectly. Reduce the chili oil when cooking for kids - this dish has a bite that we loved but the kids didn't."

"I substituted honey for the sugar, and added 1/2 C of shredded cheddar. The key with any biscuits is to NOT OVER MIX. The dough should barely hold together. Overmixing causes toughness."
