"Very tasty! I used Ground turkey and bread crumbs instead. Didn't have onion so I added onion powder and used BBQ sauce instead of ketchup. Great recipe to adjust to satisfy most taste buds! "

"I LOVE this soup! It is easy and delicious! I used double the amount of garlic. The broth of the soup is really watered down so the chicken isn't overpowering. however some of the reviews are confusing...I think a few were meant for a different tortellini soup such as comments about beans and meat since there isn't any in this soup. Overall easy and fantastic! "

"Very tasty! I roasted the squash and simmered all other ingredients (except) dairy while the squash cooked. I used plain yogurt and it was very tasty, perfect for this time of year!"
