"This dish was a hit at my dinner table. My husband and children do not like olives so I added additional mushrooms and green beans(canned from our garden). The roast fell apart, was moist and flavorful. I also used Italian style diced tomatoes and served it with egg noodles. I agree, it is a perfect dish for company. Yes, red wine would be great in the gravy, but I forgot and drank a glass with my meal."

"This was a good dish. There was not enough cream in the recipe for my taste, a bit on the drier side. Definately will make again though with a bit of altering. Great flavor with the onions and garlic."

"I made this over a long weekend trip to our mountain cabin. I typically don't like to test first time recipes on guests, but this was truly a winner!! I think we all had seconds. Just imagine if we had ice cream to go with it. Triple Yum-O!!!"

"I seasoned the pork with salt and pepper prior to dredging in the bisquick as well as added parmesan cheese to the bread crumbs to add additional flavor. It crisped up nicely and had great flavor. My entire family thought it was delicious. A keeper!!!"

"This was a pretty OK meal. I turned the chops half way through the cooking process to get the cinnamon flavor on both sides. I think the next time I would cook an additional apple or two with it and place them under and on top of the chops. I wanted more apples and they went fast between the four of us. We also were able to convince our young children it was chicken and they ate it."

"Our family is not a raspberry/chocolate fan so I just used semisweet choco chips. It was way too rich for us. The mousse did us in. I would suggest using a 1/3 of the topping or less. Not to worry, we won't waste it but take smaller pieces on the next round."

"FANTASTIC!!!! With grated parmesan on top made this dish taste just like homemade minestrone from our favorite local authentic Italian restaurant. I left out the chili sauce (not a fan) used 1/2 kidney & 1/2 pinto beans and seasoned the peppers and zucchini with salt and pepper as I sauteed them. Addt'l salt was not needed as the recipe stated."

"Reading the other reviews, I was concerned the sogginess may come from the bisquick so I added a few more tablespoons. I have never used bisquick before and the batter looked runny in order to form it in the pie dish. It seemed to work for me. The dish came out great. I choose to cook the cubed chicken in a few tablespoons of BBQ to add flavor along with seasoning the chicken with salt & pepper prior to adding to the pan. Leftovers worked well in the microwave as well. No soggy underside but a bit dried out on top. I added a squeeze of BBQ prior to eating."
