"This was great! I replaced the cubed cheese with minced onion. I noticed when cheese is mixed in the meat, it became chewy."

"These are really good! I used half the dill though, not a big dill fan. Also since I used ground turkey breast (93% Lean), I lightly brushed extra-virgin olive oil on both sides of the patties before grilling. I then lightly oiled the hot grill grates. This way they didn't stick/fall apart on the grill, also left beautifull golden brown grill marks."

"Liz...I always add a pinch or two of cinnamon to my chocolate cake patter. When used sparingly, it inhances the flavor of chocolate without actually tasting it. Since this recipe calls for 1 teaspoon, maybe your cinnamon is old because with that amout the flavor should be obvious. On a side note...thanks for the reviews on the frosting in this recipe. Very helpful for I wont bother with it. Tip, I believe you can purchase caramel flavored icing."

"OMG! This is really good. It may look like to much hot sauce (used Cholula Hot Sauce);believe me it's not. It's sweet and zingy in the heat department. When I made the glaze, I made it 2 hours ahead of time. Here's why...I chopped the fresh ginger because it's easier. Then I followed the directions for making it. Next, I let it cool to room temperature and let it rest for the remaining time. Just before I started the chicken, I strained the glaze to remove the bits of ginger. Also during the few minutes of cooking I cranked up the heat to 450 Degrees F, drizzled the glaze on, then put the chicken back in to brown. You end cup with very crunchy chicken."
