"This is a keeper. Used refried black beans. Also chopped up extra tomatoes, sweet onion, lettuce, sour cream, for addtional toppings. Served with niblet corn. It looked kinda sketchy (not appettising) before putting in casseole dish, however was yummy. My husband is excited since he'll have this for his lunch tomorrow."

"Why can't you stuff the bird if it is brined? I did brine a turkey a few years ago and did stuff it. This recipe says not to."

"This is not a pie, having said that we did like it. As a previous note said it is more like a bread pudding. I used tart cortlands. Should have used half cortlands and half Macintosh needed more juice. I prefer apple crisp to this recipe. Same amount of work. The topping was awesome. Would I mike this recipe again yes, once a year. Just for doing something different with apples. "

"Sorry Betty Crocker. Not a fan of this recipe. Not a true Belgian Waffle. Not much flavor and not light an airy, will not make again."
