"Delicious & easy. Anything that is simple AND good is a hit with me. One of my sons is an extremely picky eater & loved this. This was feeding me, my husband and two sons & we still had plenty left (my husband & I snacked on the leftovers for breakfast the next morning). Wonderful recipe & will make again very soon. "

"Delicious! I wasn't sure about this. It is one of those that doesn't look as good as it tastes. I made some Spanish rice with it & hoped for the best. Anyway, my husband, two sons, and I all absolutely loved it. And it made enough that we had a few leftovers for me & my husband to have at lunch the next day. My son said it tastes like taco rice biscuits - exactly. Very, very good!"

"This is delicious & simple. My husband & I will skip lunch on weekends sometimes because I make this. You throw the cheese & basil in and pour a jar of marinara over it. So easy & so good!"

"I made these for the kids & our neighbors, and they were much easier than I thought they would be. I only did the Frankensteins & ghosts since I thought the spiders looked like octupus. Instead I made jack-o-lanterns which also turned out cute. It was really easy & fun to do, and my kids & neighbors were very impressed."
