PB & J Cupcakes
"These cupcakes and frosting had a great peanut butter flavor, perfect for any PB lover! :-) I tried putting a bit of grape jelly in the middle of the cupcake before baking, like one of the reviewers suggested... DON'T bother :-( it sunk right to the bottom of the cake :-( Still tastes great, but the bottom fell right out. Next time I'm going to inject the cupcake with some jelly AFTER baking, I'm sure it'll work better. I'll review it again when I do. :-)"

Peanut Butter Ripple Brownies
"These are delicious brownies, one of the best brownie recipes I've ever tried from the Betty Crocker site. I made these with NO frosting (I know, sacrilege!!) :-) and they were excellent! I never thought I would say this, but these were awesome without frosting. :-) Great for kids to take to school, and I bet these would sell out at a bake sale!"

Irish Soda Bread
"This is an excellent and VERY easy Irish Soda Bread. I made it yesterday for my family and everyone RAVED, it was devoured so I had to make two more loaves today! I, like other bakers, modified the recipe a little bit. I also added a tablespoon more of sugar, and needed a little more than 3/4 of a cup of buttermilk. I baked it at 375 on the convection setting for about 40 minutes, it came out perfect! Make this recipe!"

Bistro Potato Salad
"I haven't made this yet so I can't give it a totally honest review, but just by reading the recipe I can see where there might be a lack of flavor, according to the one reviewer. I would recommend making a double or even triple batch of dressing. Instead of cooling the potatoes in the cooking liquid, pour dressing over the top while the potatoes are still warm. Toss gently, and then put in the fridge to chill. The hot potatoes are going to soak up a lot of dressing, so make more and when they're chilled, re-dress the potato salad. I'm going to try this, will review it when I do!"

Sausage Cheese Balls
"These appetizers are so great!! I made them for Christmas and New Year's Eve parties, and they were gobbled up before the catered food! I doubled the recipe for Superbowl and they were devoured! To all the reviewers saying that they came out dry, be sure not to overcook them! They come out moist and doughy and flavorful every time I make them, I am always asked to make "those sausage balls" :-) It does take time to shape all those little balls, but I think it's worth it."

Caramelized-Onion Bruschetta
"These are delicious and very easy appetizers. Make the onion mixture ahead of time, I agree with the other reviewer, it tastes great chilled. I have made these for a couple of parties now, they're a hit! Once they were set on a table with catered food...everyone thought they were part of the catering! They're impressive looking, and tasty!"

Caramel Cream Brownie Trifle
"I make trifles every chance I get, they are a crowd pleaser... I get so many compliments on how pretty it is, how tasty it is, and it takes no time at all! This recipe is great, I always use fat-free sugar free Jello pudding and low fat Cool Whip for this recipe, no one can tell the difference. I've used chopped peanuts instead of walnuts to impart a different flavor. Definitely make this the day ahead, it tastes better the longer it sits, although it won't last too long because it's so good! Double the recipe!"
