"This is good stuff - easy and healthy! I added a little more corn to bulk it up a bit. Could go a little bit lighter on the lime juice - was a little soupy toward the bottom. A big hit at our dinner party. Definitely recommend it!"

"Love this! I took it to a baby shower and it was the first empty dish! Use HOT green chiles for any spice, and cut into it to make sure Bisquick and eggs are done. Sooooo good!"

"When baking the crust, just make sure you don''t let the sides rise up too high - makes for a dry edge all around. Very popular - especially with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side. Awesome!!!"

"These are great - I took them to a get-together and they were very popular! I did dark chocolate and butterscotch, and it was delicious! Does dry out after a few days, so eat them fairly quickly."
