"I'm not sure what or if I did something wrong when making this, but once I finished and it cooled it went right into the trash. The only thing I can say is to not bake it the amount of time that it says- 45 minutes is too long."

"I made this coffee cake for my boyfriend to take to his grandparents country home on Thanksgiving. I couldn't find the Fiber One Muffin mix so I had to use cinnamon streusal muffin mix. It worked fine and I didn't have any issues. I used a square glass baking dish and made more of a bread than a cake. It was easy to make and delicious. Everyone loved it!"

"I like this recipe very much, but I'm not sure the people I bake for liked it as much. I used biscuits for the crust on top, but both times that I made it they didn't bake all the way so they were still gooey. Next time, I think I'll make the biscuits thinner so they bake all the way through."

"I made for the September potluck at work. Personally, I liked the flavor, it was very tasty. I backed the crust for around 5 minutes, but I guess I didn't bake it long enough. It was really hard to cut and turned out nothing like the picture, more like a cobbler. Wasn't a huge success."

"Very easy, everything it called for I had in my kitchen. Overall, not bad! I wish it would have been more moist, but I liked how it made two loafs. Will make again!"

"I made this for a potluck and I was relieved how easy it turned out to be. I added a chocolate layer on top and really thought it looked beautiful. Everyone thought it was store bought! Something about the sweetness didn't really add up. It tasted light, not really like a cheesecake. Either way, it was good, but not fantastic. Next time I think I'll try a different crust instead of the chocolate graham crackers, maybe it will make it sweeter."

"I made this the night before a potluck at work. The night I made it, I liked it, despite the fact that I accidently put pepper in for the italian seasoning! The next day for lunch, it smelt like chow mein and did not taste even close to what it tasted like the night before. Blegh. Will not make again for a potluck. Major dissapointment."

"I normally make my families Americanized version of enchiladas with sour cream and cream of chicken soup replacing the true enchilada sauce. I was apprehensive to try this, but loved it! I used a rotisserie chicken to cut out some of the time and couldn't believe I actually liked the green chile addition. This recipe is wonderful and simple and I definitely suggest trying it. Maybe I'll use corn next time- I like that idea."

"Not really impressed. Maybe I baked them for too long because they were a little hard. The lime was tasty but a little overwhelming. Probably won't try again, but I liked how it was a change from typical cupcakes."

"I made these for a babyshower and died the batter pink. Skipped the lemon but still added the marshmallow mix inside. Wasn't too difficult to do. I liked the idea of a suprise inside. It was a nice twist for an adult babyshower. "

"Yum Yum Yum! I made this for a potluck bc I wanted an alternate low fat choice. Skipped the ginger, and used lite whipped cream. This was so easy to make (once you put the angel food cake pan together correctly- oops!) and even easier to eat! I didn't bother with cutting it in half, it was pefect just the way it was. Stayed moist for days. Love this and will definitely make it again."
