"Easy to make the batter but it is tough to cook. Dough is thick and hard to scoop and pour into the waffle maker. Fine line between just right and too crispy. Hard to tell when they are done with the dark brown color. I prefer regular waffle batter. "

"Very good. We barbequed the pork first, then stuffed them and finished cooking them. We cooked them a little long but still very good. We also followed the recommendation of sauteing the veggies in bacon. Very good. We'll make this again."

"Excellent cookies. I did add the spices recommended at the bottom of the recipe. Not very good frosting. Too sweet. I added 4 oz of cream cheese - much better frosting that way. "

"Not bad. Something different than banana bread - a good way to use up bananas. I didnt' have the frosting but I bet that would have enhanced the flavor some. Next time I'll make sure I have frosting."
