"After searching all my cookbooks for the "perfect" potato salad recipe to use, I chose this one. I had never made potato salad, and I wanted it to turn out good - I was bringing it to a cookout. I've made it again since then, and plan to keep this as "my" potato salad recipe. The only thing - be careful w/ the amount of onion. I used too much the first time. The next time, I measured 1/2 cup exactly and it turned out so much less oniony."
