Garden Patch Minestrone
"This was really good! I had a few small yellow squash instead of the zucchini and added some fresh thyme and rosemary. Added about 1 1/2 cups extra water. Easy and tasted great!"

Italian Pignoli Nut Cookies
"I made these for my Mom for Mother's Day. My family though they were fantastic. The next time I make them I will use my stand mixer instead of the hand held. The almond paste is too hard to mix in with the hand mixer, other wise I thought these were easy to make and they tasted like cookies we used to buy from an Italian bakery on Long Island when I was a little girl. Thank you for this great recipe."

Seven-Layer Bean Dip
"This was really good! I made this for Cinco de Mayo and we had it for lunch. There were 3 of us and I used baked tostito's scoops with it. We still have half of it left. This makes a pretty large platter. Great party food, would feed a lot of people as a dip."

Easy Garden Bake
"This dish is really good for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. I think my tomato was large so mine needed to bake a few extra minutes so it could dry out a little more. This was great with soup as a light and healthy dinner. My Husband and I got two meals out of this recipe. I added some snipped fresh herbs from my garden, parsley, chives and thyme."

Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie
"I''ve always wanted to make this and I finally did. I added a green bell pepper with the onion and some worcherstshire sauce and grill seasoning to the meat. It came out beautifully and we really enjoyed it for dinner and for lunch the next day too! Will pass along to friends and make again! Thanks!!"

Chocolate-Cinnamon Sundae Cake (Cooking for 2)
"This cake was just the right size for several small portions. The texture was moist and light and the little bit of cinnamon gave it an extra "something". I brought it to my Sister''s house and my Nephews (10 & 12) both really liked it! We topped it with ice cream, redi-whip, chocolate sauce and a few colored sprinkles. Will make again!"

Easy Raspberry Trifle
"I brought this to a friends house for a Southern Living at home party and received many oohs and aahs when I walked in the door. People said "You really MADE that yourself". It''s really a beautiful dessert and it doens''t taste like it''s low in fat at all. I had to leave without my dish because the guests were enjoying it so much. I would make this again. I decorated the top with some fresh raspberries and some slivered almonds. It''s really easy to make, fun too."

Zucchini Appetizers
"We have been making this in our family for years. Every time I ask, what would you like for an appetizer, everyone wants this. We never seem to get tired of it. Sometimes my Husband and I have it as our dinner with a bowl of soup, this way we can have as much as we want! We just love it!"
